Slope Master S – Efficient Automatic Stone Grinding

The Slope Master S sets a new standard in automatic stone grinding. Its extra-wide stone can be dressed in up to three zones for pre-grinding, base grinding, and structure grinding. This allows efficient one-step processing with the same performance as multi-stone machines — saving both time and material without intermediate dressing.

When combined with the Reichmann DTS-U II Race edge tuning machine, the system becomes the fully automatic Slope Master SK, providing complete base and edge tuning in one cycle. 

Time Saving Grinding
For alpine skis, the stone can be divided into two zones for pre-grinding and structure grinding. For nordic skis, three zones are possible. This flexible setup enables fast, precise, and efficient results for all ski types.

Intuitive Operation
A redesigned dark-mode interface improves visibility and usability. The built-in structure simulator lets users easily visualize and design custom structures.

Universally Applicable
A sensor-controlled feed and alignment system automatically detects ski length and geometry, adjusting transport and positioning for each pair. From children’s skis to Nordic and alpine models, every ski is handled precisely and safely, no binding bridge required. This intelligent automation streamlines operation and ensures consistently accurate results across all applications.
