Trizact grinding belt (350 x 2000 mm)

This specialized grinding belt delivers fiber-free, uniform structure grinding and fine edge tuning, thanks to its pyramid-shaped grain pattern. It stands out for its long service life and reduced material removal compared to conventional tuning belts. It’s especially effective for snowboards with convex or concave bases, making it ideal for achieving a high-quality final finish when stone grinding isn’t an option.

Recommended Settings:

• Low belt speed
• High feed speed (if adjustable)
• Minimal contact pressure

Important Note:

Ensure proper cooling and maintain the correct concentration of grinding additive. Using a refractometer (item no. 1028145) is strongly recommended to accurately measure concentration.
